You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. A minor may use the store only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and one-time passwords, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised use. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, or security risk.

Nayya sells apparel including oversized T-shirts. Product descriptions, fabric details, measurements, artwork, prices, and availability are displayed in good faith and may be updated without notice.

• Oversized garments are intentionally cut with a relaxed silhouette. Review the product-specific size chart before ordering.
• Minor measurement variation may occur because garments are cut and finished in batches.
• Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, editing, screen settings, and fabric-dye variation.
• Print placement or scale may vary slightly while preserving the overall design.

A variation that is normal for apparel and does not materially affect the product will not automatically be treated as a manufacturing defect.

Adding an item to the cart does not reserve stock. Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept the order when it is confirmed for fulfilment or dispatched.

We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, duplicate or bulk misuse, an incomplete address, serviceability issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the amount received for the cancelled item will be refunded.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout or on the invoice. Delivery, Cash on Delivery, reverse-shipping, or other permitted charges—if applicable—will be disclosed before the order is completed.

Coupons and offers may have separate eligibility, minimum-order, product, date, usage, or account restrictions. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retrospectively.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you to confirm the corrected amount or cancel and refund the affected item.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may be provided by third-party payment processors. Your use of a payment method may also be subject to the provider’s terms.

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes. We may verify a COD order by call, SMS, WhatsApp, or another reasonable method. Repeated refusal, false information, or misuse may result in COD restrictions or order cancellation.

Nayya ships to serviceable locations across India. Estimated delivery is generally shown as 5–7 working days, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline. Remote-area delivery, holidays, weather, courier disruption, operational delays, verification, or force-majeure events may affect the timeline.

You must provide a complete and accurate address and remain reasonably available for delivery. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address or authorised recipient provided for the order.

Where a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery, refusal, or customer unavailability, re-dispatch may require payment of applicable shipping charges.

Returns, exchanges, cancellation deadlines, item-condition rules, non-returnable items, quality checks, and refund timelines are governed by the separate Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy displayed on this website.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

You must not:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or harmful activity.
• Interfere with security, checkout, inventory, pricing, accounts, or website operation.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the site without written permission.
• Upload malware or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Impersonate another person, submit false details, or misuse promotions, refunds, COD, returns, reviews, or chargebacks.

The Nayya name, logo, website layout, original photographs, text, graphics, product presentation, and other Nayya-owned material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Some material may be used under licence or may belong to identified third parties.

You may browse the website and save order-related information for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, modify, publish, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected material without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

If you submit a review, image, video, testimonial, or social-media mention to Nayya, you confirm that it is genuine, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You retain ownership of your content but grant Nayya a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce, resize, and share it for store, customer-support, and marketing purposes, unless you ask us to stop where legally possible.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant, contains personal information, or violates these Terms. We will not suppress a genuine negative review merely because it is negative.

Payments, shipping, analytics, social links, and other features may rely on independent third-party services. Nayya is not responsible for a third party’s separate website, system, availability, or conduct, but this does not limit Nayya’s responsibility for its own obligations as the seller.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nayya will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed access, a third-party service, or an event outside our reasonable control.

Any limitation in these Terms does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights. Where liability may lawfully be limited, Nayya’s aggregate liability relating to a product order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic, war, civil unrest, government action, transport disruption, courier failure, labour disruption, power or network outage, cyberattack, or supplier interruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and communicate where practical.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact support first so the issue can be reviewed and resolved quickly.

Subject to mandatory consumer-law jurisdiction and other rights that cannot be restricted, courts at [INSERT CITY AND STATE OF THE BUSINESS] will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the website.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, operations, technology, or law. The version in effect when you place an order will generally govern that order, except where a change is legally required.

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
